The bowl is amazing quality. It seems to be water proof idk if it has a coating over it but it's beautiful. its solid and definitely real wood. The only thing that I was really mad about is that I searched fruit bowl and it popped up so I was thinking it was a large bowl to put fruit in and its the size of the palm of my hand. They should sell them in sets bc of how small they are. It will make a good serving bowl for sauce snacks dips for hosting but it wasnt whaf I thought it was and to sell thrmt single . makes no sense they should be sold in pairs or sets of 4-6.
