Neilmed Sinus Rinse Packets definately saved my sinuses from getting a severe problem with all the dry heat in the home. Also very useful for flushing out those nasty outdoor allergens with. The small, easy to tear open packets make it easier to store and take on overnight trips for self care. Mix with distilled water in morning and before bed in the Neilmed Sinus Rinse bottle for best relief. ā˜†Neilmed Sinus Rinse Bottle and Drying Stand are sold separately

I've had allergies/sinus issues to the point of surgery. My ENT recommended I give the rinse a try. I swear by this product is legit for not only sinus relief but removing mucus from your nasal way during colds, etc. Your nasal cavity will feel so much cleaner and less congested. A must try!

I was desperate I went to the motel and did one whole packet for each nostril. After a couple of hours, I had relief. That was 12 years ago, I have them at the ready ever since to this day.
