Only for use in the nose. Do not spray in eyes or mouth. DO NOT USE if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE USE IF YOU HAVE - have had recent nose ulcers or nose surgery; - had a nose injury that has not healed. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT - Drowsiness may occur - avoid alcoholic drinks - alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness, - be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery - You may get a bitter taste in your mouth. To avoid this, tilt your head downward while spraying; - Nasal discomfort or sneezing may occur right after use - Do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs. STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF - an allergic reaction, such as a skin rash, to this product occurs - you have severe or frequent nosebleeds IF PREGNANT OR BREAST-FEEDING, ask a health professional before use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Read the User Guide for how to: prime the bottle before the first use, use the spray, prime bottle again if not used for 3 or more days, clean the spray nozzle if it gets clogged. Adults and Children 12 years and over: This product may be used either once or twice a day: once daily: use 2 sprays in each nostril or twice daily: use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours; do not use more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a 24 hour period. Children 6 years to 11 years: an adult should supervise use, 1 spray in each nostril every 12 hours; do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril in a 24 hour period. Allergies suck.
I started using this for allergies. Normally when my allergies flare up, I get terrible sinus pressure. Normally I use the stuff with steroids but decided to give this a try and my congestion cleared up within 10 minutes. May have been less but it was fast. It does say you may feel drowsy but I haven't noticed any drowsiness after taking it. You definitely feel a difference when it comes to sinus pressure. Within ten minutes I felt the pressure lessening, and my breathing getting better. I was able to blow my nose and get the gross stuff out. The only downside for me s the taste. Follow the directions. When it says to bend and look at your feet, do it. If you don't you'll get this yucky taste that will linger for hours after. The first time I didn't do what it said and was I sorry. The second time I kept my head down. Third time I bent at the waist and looked at my feet. This is also cheaper than the stuff with the steroids. This has been my go-to for almost a year. I wish I found it sooner.

As an allergy suffer and pharmacist, I highly recommend this nose spray for nasal allergies. It works quickly and lasts. However it can cause drowsiness and has a bitter taste. It can increase CNS depression with mixed with other medications so consult your provider before taking and do not drive or operate until you know how it will effect you.

It Works for Allergies
After reading that this reduces the viral load in your nose, where colds begin, I've decided to try it. I am around seniors every day and hope this helps in preventing colds. It does help with my allergies. It's odd though that the instructions tell you to bow your head when using the spray instead of tilting your head backwards. I believe this is behind the Pharmacy counter.
