Decent product/ Poor service

I appreciate the first responder discount I received on this item. However, within about 2 weeks it got a very small tear in it. Lasted 4 1/2 months this way until I fell duck hunting and entire ring ripped in two. I understand they're not indestructible but your warranty says 1 time replacement no matter what and I was instantly denied replacement. Ring was decent but company is a bit of a let down.
