Easy Exchanges

I don't know if I measured wrong or what, but my initial order was 4 sizes off. QALO did exchanges with no hassle and now I have the correct size. it fits well and looks good.

Bought for my husband

Bought this for my husband as a surprise gift to replace his older Qualo ring that was getting worn and had a small tear after many years of daily use. He loves it and was thrilled with the design. It fit perfectly. Will purchase from Qualo again in the future.

Lost my original cobalt...

Lost my original cobalt wedding ring a few years ago and never thought about replacing it until I saw a FB add for this ring. My wife never urged me to get a new ring but she was super excited when this showed up on my hand. Quality/feel/appearance are all awesome! I did the ring fit and measured another ring I already had so I ordered size 10 which I felt fit fine but because the ring has a very slight give to the material it came off a few times. I initiated an exchange and got an email in less than an hour stating that a size 9 was on the way and to keep the other ring as well, so I'm blown away by the customer service with Qalo! I can't comment on durability yet but so far I'm 100% satisfied. Great ring
