I bought these dish towels to embroider as gifts or to sell at craft shows. I always pre-wash the towels before I embroider on them and these towels all washed very nicely. There was no pilling or major wrinkling. They stayed nice and flat. They also handled my machine embroidery very nice. They did not wrinkle up or pucker. They're perfect to sell at shows or to give us a gift.
