Sweet like sugar
I tried this in my Creamer instead of sugar for my homemade latte. It definitely seemed twice as sweet as real sugar. However I still liked real sugar better. I think if I were diabetic I would treasure this monk fruit though because it's definitely sweet. I like that it's organic and there are no other ingredients added.

Guiltfree sweetner that does not spike sugar level
Monk fruit extracted sweetner is my go t- because it does not spike blood sugar level. That said, this package is fantastic because it does not contain any other ingredients that may spike the sugar level. It also comes with a small baby spoon that helps put the right amount of sweetner into food. half a scoop goes a long way. Gosh! such a guiltfree item!

A better alternative for sweetening
I recommend Purisure Organic Monk Fruit Sweetener as a healthier alternative to sugar or artificial sweeteners like Splenda. Thus far, it appears there is no adverse reaction involving the gut microbiome--this is the important advantage over other sweeteners. I also like that it is organic.
