The Zeolite pellets allow urine to pass through to be absorbed by the Breeze Ion pad, leaving solid waste on top for easier scooping. The non clumping cat litter pellets dehydrate solid waste for better odor control and are 99.9 percent dust free for a clean and tidy litter box area. Animal behaviorists recommend multiple cat households have multiple litter boxes: one system per cat, plus one additional system (2 cats = 3 litter systems). Litter Pellets Simple Setup and Maintenance. 1. Fill the top portion of the BREEZE Litter System with one 3.5 lb package of litter pellets. 2. Scoop out solid waste and dispose of daily. Note: Pellets do not clump. 3. Add more pellets as needed. We recommend that you replace the pellets completely once a month.

Would recommend this litter. You will have to get the special Purina Breeze litter box. It includes what looks like your typical litter box, but the bottom of the litter tray has slats in it. It allows the cats urine to go down into a collection tray that you line with super absorbent pads, they are made out of the same material that a baby diaper is made out of. The upper part of the tray where the litter is house collects kitty's poop. The box set up also come with a litter scoop. The litter itself has no dust and are more pellet shaped. We have had this litter box for at least 10 years and when we have guests over they don't know we have cats because there is never that 'litter box ammonia odor'. Cleaning is a snap, just scoop the solid waste out of the litter and change the absorbent

I have used this system for more than 7 years and there is no dust. It is very easy to use and easy to keep fresh looking and smelling. I have always had it set up for automatic delivery. My cat was 10 years old at the time I made the switch and he took to it quickly.
