Food intake required to maintain ideal body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Watch your cat’s weight and adjust food amounts accordingly. If you have a kitten, or a pregnant or nursing cat, you should continue feeding an appropriate Pro Plan kitten formula. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN: Although you’ll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your cat, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your cat’s current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you’re feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.

I have only used PURINA products for my cats %26 dogs thru out the years. I now only have only my inside rescue black cat Luna that I got as a kitten. As she got older Luna started having problems with hairballs so I saw where Purina has Purina Pro Plan Indoor Hairball Dry Cat food. The next day of her eating the "indoor hairball"her hair was noticeably smoother and proceeded until it was completely soft, silky, smooth and NO hairballs at all. My Luna loves her Purina indoor dry cat food so much she doesn't want any other food. Also when she uses her litter box it doesn't smell as bad at all. Other brands have so many fillers added. Don't hesitate to switch over to Purina indoor cat food. The results will be amazing and you and your kitten or cat will not regret it. They are certainly worth it!

Great food!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This has been a wonderful diet for my long-haired, indoor cat. She is always excited to eat it and I have noticed a big reduction in the amount of hairballs she gets since starting on it.

The most suitable food for my cats
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Since my cats started eating adult food, this is the one they have accepted best. When they were kittens, they always ate another brand, but when they grew up, they didn't adapt very well. They are indoor cats with medium fur. This is the best option for feeding them, I recommend it to everyone.
