I feed this to my above standard sized Boxer, since he's as large as many large breed dogs. He grew so quickly, I fed him large breed puppy food, too, in an effort to protect his bones and joints. My Basset Hound steals bites on her way past his bowl.

The Lady and her little girl that delivers my item was something else!!! the lady got out of her drivers seat and her little girl got out of the passenger side.. and both had bagged items to hand to me…. It was surreal because that well dressed %26 well mannered little girl handed me my bag of my favorite cookies and I asked the lady to put the heavy water down so I could get the bags… I don't remember their names but please reward them!!! My Dod thinks he's Gordon Ramsey now…
I bought Purina ONE Plus Large Breed Adult Dog Food thinking my big guy would just tolerate it. Oh no. Now he looks at me like I'm his personal chef. Before this, feeding time was casual. I'd pour the old kibble, he'd wander over eventually. Now? The moment I touch the bag, he's in full Olympic sprint mode, skidding across the kitchen like a furry bowling ball. I'm not even sure he chews — I think he just inhales it and trusts the universe to sort things out. The ingredients must be good, because his coat is shinier, his energy is up, and his poop… well, let's just say it's less “nuclear hazard” and more “manageable backyard situation.” Downside? He's now judging everything else I give him. Tried sneaking in a different brand once — the look he gave me said, “I thought we were better than this.” Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just be prepared for your large breed dog to start acting like a spoiled celebrity who expects gourmet service twice a day.
