i use these purex liquid detergents regularly for more than just laundry. the PUREX 4-in-1 is stronger for stains and odors in clothing and CARPETS. i use the milder purex's for our clothes and the purex 4-in-1 has ENZYMES in the detergent. FOR ALL YOU PET LOVERS, USE A 50/50% mix water with detergent to place in your sprayer bottles AND in your CARPET SHAMPOOER MACHINE. it's safe to use with pets and children. i used to spend hundreds of dollars on carpet chemicals, then trying to make homemade cleaners but i couldn't keep affording that. i realized that there were some detergents with the enzymes in it but not many. so i experimented with the purex and got the perfect percentage mix. it does not suds up in the shampooer if you place the 50/50 in the chemical holder on the machine. hoover machines have a gallon size water reservoir and then above has the chemical reservoir. that's the machine i have. then in the high pressure MASTER BLASTER walmart spray bottles, i put a 50/50 mix or even less detergent, as you like. always wash and rinse. i do a second rinse on the carpet and add a few caps of GAIN original fabric softener to that rinse water. very thorough cleaning process

Our best brand for our family. I'm allergic to all types of things. This laundry soap has been the staple in our home for years now. No powder residue left on clothes. I use one full capful for one load. Like this scent best. The Purex green bottle is our second choice.
