This mattress topper was pretty easy to put on. My mother actually surprised me, one day I came home and she put it on for me. It has this extra comfort to it, which is really nice. Because I have a lower back issue (from a car accident) and it used to hurt waking up in the morning. My pain in my lower back is very minimal now when I get up. This really helps. Not to mention it also helped keep me warm.
