GT-2000 Series: A Long-Time Favorite

I recently was fortunate to purchase the GT-2000 5 after trying the new GT-2000 6/ I've worn this series for many years and have loved every upgrade and model until the 6. It felt totally different(wider tow box?)and caused knee pain after the first run. I was very disappointed and will never wear the 6 again. Did Asics do something different with the 6? It's important that you fix the problem(s) as I've spoken with other runners who also have problems with it. Would it be possible to purchase another pair of 5's in size 12 M? The GT-2000 5 is the only shoe I can wear comfortably with my prescription orthotics. All other outlets have stopped carrying this model. I have worn these shoes since they came out. Please don't stop making them available. I purchased two extra pairs as a back up. Great shoe !!
