Kauai III 8-in Rain Showerhead Shower System with Slide Bar and Integrated Soap Dish Brushed Nickel

After not getting a satisfying answer from either of the Big Box home stores as to the exact product they were selling I opted to try the Sam's Club. And boy am I happy I did. We saved between $40 and $80 dollars buying the Kauai III shower system from Sam's. I own other Pulse shower system products and can attest to their high quality products. I bought the Brushed Nickel version and it matches the rest of the Brushed Nickel plumbing in the master bathroom. Very easy to install for the handyman. I bought a longer pipe nipple as required for my particular installation. Otherwise snap the pieces together, tighten down the set screws and you are done! I will be installing another one in my front bathroom next.

SAM'S Club had a better price than any other source and it was clear it was the Kauai III, not the II model (Kauai II will not let you blend both showers and valve is at the top and cannot be reached by all). The unit is very solid and heavy duty brass except for the shower heads, hose and hand shower holder. The only glitch was I followed the instructions on the nipple length and purchased a 2-1/2" which turned out to be too long. I ended up using the enclosed 2" nipple and all came out just fine. A pleasure to use.
