Sparse and unrealistic
Very sparse! Not a magical addition, but more of an eye sore for Santa! I gave 2 stars because it's easy to put up and take down, and the price was low. I'd rather pay$900 for a better tree though. This was quite unrealistic.

Not as advertised!
This is NOT a 12ft Christmas tree. Not even close. Complete rip off. I returned asap. I bought it to replace an old 12ft tree and the box was so small. There is absolutely no way there was a 12ft tree in there. If there is...it's a 12ft Charlie brown tree because it's tiny. Extremely disappointing

Waste of Money
We have had this tree for one year. After being stored properly over the off-season, we attempted to put it up for its second Christmas, but that turned into a huge fail. The top portion completely snapped in the middle, and 2 large sections (one in the middle and one on top) of the lights no longer work. We rigged the broken top to make it through this Christmas, but will have to buy additional lights this year and a new tree before next Christmas. Complete waste of hundreds of dollars.
