Puffs ultra soft is what I always try to buy because when my nose is red and it hurts to touch it Puffs ultra soft really helps my nose issues.I'm in my 70's with numerous sinus issues and have used Puffs ultra soft as long as they have been available. I use to have only 1 choice before Puffs came out and it was very rough on my nose, but now my only choice is puffs ultra soft or with Puffs lotion.
