Psyllium Seed, Husk Whole Frontier Natural Products 1Pound Bulk

I have been eating Psyllium Husk for several years to help add more fiber into my diet as fiber has many health benefits. I like Psyllium whole husk better than power form. I sometimes don't mix them well in power form. I lately switched from other brand to Frontier brand for Psyllium whole husk as I feel that the Psyllium husk of Frontier brand has lighter color than other brand and I thought that lighter color is better.

In the last 3 years psyllium husk was practically not available. Easier to get was psyllium ‘flower', which in my experience does not work as well. It quickly becomes an almost solid, jelly-like substance. Before I tended to use psyllium husk from a competitor, alas besides it having a prettier packaging and it being substantially more expensive it was practically the same. In other words, this product is of excellent value and highly recommended!
