Proven Winners 5" White Amazing Daisies 'Spun Silk' Shasta Daisy Live Plant in 4.5" Pot

I ordered a live plant from Walmart, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The item was delayed and sat in a warehouse just 30 minutes away for two days. When it finally arrived, the delivery driver completely ignored my clear delivery instructions to leave the box at my front door—they threw it over my fence instead. When I retrieved it, the box was crushed, the pot was broken, and the plant was completely dead. I didn't even get a delivery notification until an hour after it had been dropped off. I contacted Walmart customer service and was told I'd receive a refund, but it's been [insert number] days and I still haven't seen any confirmation or refund issued. This has been frustrating, especially since the plant was already delayed and then delivered with no care. I hope Walmart improves how they handle fragile, time-sensitive items and follows through when they promise a refund.

The plants were dried out from bottom of soil to top of plant. Flowers were dried up, many leaves were dried up and brown and some also turning very yellow in color, not green. Very disappointed in these plants. I expected them to be in good shape and healthy. Probably will be returning them rather that try to nurse them back to health. Soil was completely bone dry, no moisture whatsoever.
