EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: Normal variations in plant growth and appearance. Damage due to improper care, neglect, or mishandling after delivery. Minor cosmetic issues expected due to the nature of shipping live plants such as- temporary wilting or dehydration, a small number of dropped leaves, bent (but not broken) stems, temporary yellowing. REPLACEMENTS: A return is not required to receive a replacement. Simply take clear photos of the affected plant(s) and email them to us. These images help us better understand the issue, assist you appropriately, and improve our shipping processes. REFUNDS: (If applicable) If refunds are offered by the point of purchase or website, please follow their guidelines for submitting a request.
