Proven Winners® Annuals: 30 Day Guarantee (Warranty) We guarantee our plants are healthy and vigorous when they leave our greenhouse. However, as living things, plants may experience some stress during shipping. The good news is that this is usually a cosmetic issue that does not impact a plant’s overall health, thanks to their strong root system. If your order does arrive damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. COVERAGE: This warranty begins upon receipt of your plant and lasts for 30 days. If a plant arrives damaged or fails due to factors beyond your control within this period, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your satisfaction. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: Normal variations in plant growth and appearance. Damage due to improper care, neglect, or mishandling after delivery. Minor cosmetic issues expected due to the nature of shipping live plants such as- temporary wilting or dehydration, a small number of dropped leaves, bent (but not broken) stems, temporary yellowing. REPLACEMENTS: A return is not required to receive a replacement. Simply take clear photos of the affected plant(s) and email them to us. These images help us better understand the issue, assist you appropriately, and improve our shipping processes. REFUNDS: (If applicable) If refunds are offered by the point of purchase or website, please follow their guidelines for submitting a request. Since the sale was not processed directly by us, we are unable to issue refunds.
