I've used a number of different "Prostate Pills" and these by far have been the Best! Plus the price is unbeatable! I really love Pipping Rock! They are my new Go-To place for supplements. I love their Pumpkin Seed Oil Too! I'm in California, they are in New York but I still get my order in about 7 days, which works fine for me. Did stop waking up through the night to make a few bathroom trips. Been taking about 5 weeks. Did take a lil while to slow down, about a week. Have increased water intake and still not affected. If you're looking for other ingredient benefits, it did increase somewhat. But there's a stack for that.....Just ask....
