Very disappointed would like different laces or re

I was very disappointed in the laces as they didn't have any text as it indicated it said black shoelaces with white text but there is no text on the shoe laces at all it's just plain black bowling shoe laces and I was very much so looking forward to the text would like different laces or a refund
