DayQuil Kids Free Of: Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have: cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back or occurs with a fever, rash or persistent headache These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. NyQuil Kids Free Of: Do not use: with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin; to make a child sleepy. Ask a doctor before use if you have: glaucoma; trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland; cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts or occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product: excitability may occur, especially in children; marked drowsiness may occur; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; avoid alcoholic drinks; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back or occurs with a fever, rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. This is worth the money , plus was not that much money to begin with. My kid was sick high fever really bad cough nothing could get the job done and make her feel better in till we tried this. knocked out everything in 2-3ish days of using it.

This medicine worked better for my daughter's congestion/cold than some of the others. I even had an instance where I needed to take some and it worked for me as well. Of course the taste was something that I had to get over. I will definitely buy it again
