I request a return on 7/14/2024 and got a email back saying that I would be contact in 24-48 hours and guess what I have not heard 1 thing yet on a door handle set. Very upset with the company that is to get back with me. When they say you should be contacted within 24-48 hrs. they should be honoring that statement. Not very good PR.
