Horrible Design
Bought 3 of these and they are HORRIBLE! I would give zero stars if possible. It is impossible to pull up the part that diverts water to shower and if you do get it up it won't go down. Literally feels like you will break it off the wall each time you try to change from tub to shower. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

So disappointing
Nothing but trouble! My first issue was in how difficult it is to pull up the part of the tub spout that diverts water to shower. It is not possible to get full diversion unless you turn off water first and even then it is extremely challenging to manipulate up. Horrible design. Now I am faced with the temperature adjustment handle coming loose so I have to fiddle with it to adjust temperature. It will actually fall off if I don't hold it on. I am the only person to use this tub and I'm careful so all of this is not from misuse. Caution advised when considering this design!
