I ordered this particular bike because I wanted one that was in a box. They sent me one already assembled and had been sitting out in the weather at the store. This is not what I wanted. I that was the case I would have just bought the one at the store. The bike showed up with scratches and rust. I am not very happy and think it should be picked up and one sent to me in a box.

Ordered product from nearby store. Associate in one store said it was available (and assembled) at other store. It was not. No problem, just a few things to put together (handle bars, , seat, front wheel) and tighten things up. Rear tire was slightly bent, along with the derailleur, which was hitting spokes. Had to mess with it to get the shift linkage adjusted. Instructions did not explain how to adjust the derailleur that was on the bike. Got it fixed, works good now and rides fine, even with the slight wobbly rear tire. It'll do the job. You get what you pay for.
