Who knew it would really make a difference
I liked that after taking these for about a week or so, I felt so much better. I was surprised and not sure it was the vitamins. So....I stopped taking them for about 2 weeks and went back to my old ones. And indeed it was the vitamins. It was weird, I walked better, felt better and had more energy. Okay, I am in my 70's and felt a difference after a few days. I recommend you try these. I did a side by side test between my old vitamins and these. There was actually a difference. It wasn't apples to apples...it was vitamin to vitamin.

I'm 45, but went into premature menopause in my 30s due to having a full hysterectomy. Previously I was taking multiple vitamins trying to supplement. That quickly became a major headache. I am so relieved to have found these one a day pills for women fifty plus. I've been taken. In for about a month now and I can see the major differences from before I started taking them. When I was told to start taking a multivitamin, the doctor told me "women over 40." well, the options are "women" or "over 50." Since there are 2 others in the house, and they're both older than me, and one's a man...50 it was. But when the man was out of commission for a few months, and it was vitamin time, I got these. And I really like them. But it was only to last for the one bottle. Back to old trusty this round. Don't want the poor guy thinking we went and changed the rules.
