I'm a customer for life

I've gone through so many of these nets from various other companies because either the net rips, the frame cracks/breaks, or the neck snaps. I have had none of those problems with this net. And if something does break (which I don't expect, but you never know), I'm comfortable knowing I can reach out to the company and they'll send a replacement. They even sent me a reminder email a year after I bought it telling me not to forget that I should contact them if anything goes wrong with the product so they can send a replacement if needed. I love this company and will continue to buy my pool tools from them.
