Recommend by my orthopedic doctor
I fractured my heal and once I was out of the boot my doctor gave me a pair of these. They felt so good and are easy to transfer from one pair of shoes to another. My husband has plantar fasciitis so I bought him these which are the exact same inserts my doctor gave me only these are in men's size. He has found them to be very comfortable as well. Don't waste your money on the cheaper brands. They are not the same and become a sticky mess.
