Princeton Art & Brush Co Aqua Elite Synthetic Kolinsky Sable Watercolor Brush, Quill, 6

I absolutely love this brush. I delayed purchasing because of the cost and because I had never used a quill style brush before. IF I would've purchased this first, I probably wouldn't have bought so many other brushes --the tip is so fine, it can be used for some detail work plus larger washes. I tend to use this one the most since it arrived. I included a picture of this size 6 quill brush next to a regular Neptune size 8 round brush for size comparison along with a loose aurora borealis painting I did from my imagination in about 5 minutes using this brush, and a hairdryer because I'm impatient lol I've only started watercolor painting 1 month ago so I am still very much a beginner, but this brush might be tricky for someone with 0 experience because it holds so much water and can have an out of control feeling. But I think it is just really fun to use. I'm debating buying another in a size 4 because I like it so much-- even though I don't "need" it.
