A Pain
I hooked up the modem, and tried to follow the quick set up. However, it would get hung up on the second page. Sometimes that step would work,but then it would get hung up on the next step. I spent 3 days trying to get it setup without any luck. I directions was not adequate. I couldn't find a number to call netgear listed anywhere on the box or directions. I had to google the customer service number. Talked to someone in India and they were not much help, except to tell me to send this one back and get a different model. The reason I purchased this model is because it's supposed to be the newest one. There is only 2 model's to choose from, this one and the older one.
