Tasty and easy meal

Very easy to prepare (just vent the covering and then microwave) and quite tasty. A few of the steak pieces were a bit fattier than I like but overall it made an enjoyable meal. I simply ate it as is, but I would like to try it in a tortilla or something. Might be good over a baked potato, too, just to make it a more filling meal if you're hungrier. Will buy again.

This is one of the meals I buy several at a time. I can eat it as is, add some guacamole, grated cheese, extra veggies, anything I like. The only problem is, I can't eat it all if I add more than a small spoon of something. Please keep in stock more evol bowls!!!!
