Great for a bedroom

I pay close attention to the temperature of the plug at the wall because it has a warning label that says to check it often to avoid electrical fires. It does get sorta warm but nothing I'm worried about causing my outlet to burn. I have a great appreciation for the cool touch exterior and the timer feature which gives me peace of mind when I'm sleeping at night. The filter at the front is also easy to wipe off and keep clean. I recommend using a used dryer sheet to wipe the dust off.
