It has been great to have 2 HDMI ports and I am able to run both of my 4k monitors simultaneously with out any issue. This dock was very easy to set up, and works as expected. The dock itself is a good size and doesn't take up much space. I am happy with the speed and quality.

For the folks who have issues driving two monitors with this dock, the issue is likely in the Thunderbolt host controller on your laptop supports an older DisplayPort standard (1.2), which isn't really a fault of this dock. In my experience, the dock works very well with my 2019 15" MacBook Pro. I can drive my 4k and 1080p monitors at the same time, along with ethernet and both USB ports reliably. On the same laptop under Windows (with BootCamp) the story is different -- both monitors work reliably, but to get the USB ports to work, I have to unplug and replug the dock multiple times until it eventually works. Otherwise Windows gives a notification saying one of the USB devices has malfunctioned, without much additional info. For what it's worth, it also works well on my Thinkpad P1 Gen2, also running Windows, so I'm not sure where the Macbook issue really lies.
