They are highly absorbent, rinsable, and reusable. I've been happy with how they clean up spills, work for household cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, and at the dining room table for typical hand and face cleanup. A slightly higher price is outweighed by the possibility for multiple uses and need-specific sizing options.
