These are perfect for a performance award at our business. They are a classic award and are fun but not too jokey. They convey excellence, especially with the star on the person's chest. The figure works well for men or women and they are surprisingly well-made. The plastic seems pretty thick and, while they are generally lightweight, they have enough heft to not get blown over. Each is about six inches tall, with the base flaring out at the bottom to two inches wide. If you want to print out a sticker, to add text for the award, you could attach it to the base. There is enough space for a sticker, say, 7/8 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide or so. The pack comes with twelve, which are each wrapped in plastic. Overall, they look very nice and, again, are clearly an award.
