worth the price!!

I was nervous at first because it doesn't have a temperature dial, but it's really not necessary. it heats up evenly in about 10 minutes and maintains heat without burning. it fries evenly. i loved that the outer walls are thin on this. it makes pouring oil/soapy water out very easy without spillage! it also has a lid to keep debris out if you are going to reuse your oil.

This fryer is preset to 375 degrees. We're glad you like your fryer. Note, we recommend straining your oil after it cools to keep food particles out of the oil as well.

Great for fried fish or shrimp or possibly vegetab

thing works perfect. just oil gets around a lot cuz there's not a basket to pick up and pull out of there. you got to scoop ladle that still drips oil around so just have an extra paper towel for it to sit on after you you whatever you're frying out while you're putting more in.
