This is my second one of these. It cooks fast or slow. I have even boiled water in it. I bought another one to cook my eggs in only. So I do not have to pur out my olive oil and wipe my pan down everyday. I bought my first one almost two years ago and I still use it daily.

Leg assembly was easy. Seems to cook evenly. DuraRock surface is super slick. Very little oil or butter is need for cooking eggs, ham, sausage, etc. Cleans up very easily. So far I am very happy with this purchase. The only con I could mention is that you can't wash the controller with water. This type of skillet has been made for many years but still no manufacturer I can find offers a controller that withstands washing with soap
