creamy and mild

I like the creamy texture. The flavor is mild, so it could use some aging. The rind has a classic texture, but is somewhat dry. I have not tried it for baked brie, but it is great with crackers. I will be buying this again.

Excellent taste. Much better than the double cream Brie. For best taste results leave the Brie at room temperature around 70*F for approximately 15-30 minutes.
