I bought this to make a village salad akin to one we recently had in a mediterranean bistro. You mix chopped and seeded red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes with red onion and parsley mixed with a little olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Then, after you plate it, you drizzle balsamic glaze on the top and put a little feta cheese on it. you do need to use full fat feta.

You can't beat the price here at Walmart for this feta. This is my go to when I can't get my favorite brand which is hard to get. The taste is almost identical to the more expensive brand. I just wish that they would make it with goat or sheep milk since that's the traditional way and it's how my favorite brand makes it. Second best is just as delicious and I do recommend this product
