TCL 6,000 BTU White Window Air Conditioner with Remote

I could not wait to get this air conditioner installed into my separate garage. It always stays extremely hot throughout the summer whenever I'm working out on exercise equipment or helping with maintenance on my vehicles. This air conditioner is 6,000 BTU and can cool up to 250 square feet. I love the electronic controls and how it has an included remote control to adjust the settings from across the garage. This unit is equipped with a 24-hour timer for on/off functionality. It also conserves energy by turning off the compressor when the room reaches the set temperature. The display can be turned off/on so that the illumination doesn't display during sleeping hours. My favorite thing about this air conditioner is the auto restart that will automatically restart with the previous function settings in case power is lost or accidentally cut off. I also love the filter cleaning light that will display after 500 total hours of run time because I am all the time forgetting the clean the filters on my old ones. There are also other modes like "auto-mode" and "sleep-mode" where you can set various settings to accommodate any room. This product weighs around 40 pounds and the dimensions are 15.20 x 15.98 x 12.52 inches. So far, this product seems to work perfectly and I think it will likely last for a few hot summer months. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone needing to cool a smaller room

Don’t be fooled by its small size- this little guy works its’ butt off! I have this in a room of about 145 sq. ft in a giant window, on the sunnier end of a trailer and it has yet to disappoint. No freezing up or power issues and I use it constantly. Just wanting to pass on a little reminder to other buyers when you’re setting it up, the drain plug to this unit is a small black removable rubber lip on the bottom side, and it’s very crucial to remove it before you get this thing going unless you want moldy water building up and making your unit smell horribly/freeze up and cause who knows what breathing problems !! Something that seems so small and easily overlooked has the most dire consequences!! It mentions this in the assembly guide but my installer(husband) just scanned through it of course. Very satisfied with it nonetheless. Works hard, doesn’t make my old electrical wiring trip, very small and space saving, not too loud, and it was an amazing deal!!
