I've had this oven and range for several months, and I'm very pleased with it. I carefully selected the features I wanted (convection oven; tri-ring burner; reversible griddle with oval center burner) and selected out the ones I didn't wish to pay for (stainless surface; WiFi connect) and thus, this model. The oven pre-heats quickly, even to full temperature of 550F, for pizza; the surface burners will control precisely for very low simmer to full-blast fast boil. I like the roller oven rack; the recess in the oven for water, designed for low-temp steam clean, but very useful for introducing moisture for baking crusty bread. The convection oven is much quieter than I expected; it's inexplicably noisier when set to convection roast, but still not objectionable. The display is bright; the ready signal and timer alert are unfortunately not as loud as I'd like. The surface grates are easy to remove to wipe up spills, and the edge-to-edge cook surface makes the most of a relatively narrow range. Who needs 48"? You can get a less expensive appliance with many or most of the features of this unit, but Profile quality won me over. Three different retailers told me they've had the best reliability and repair experience with Profile, compared to other well-known and available brands. I had Profile convection ovens in my two previous homes, and sadly had to leave them behind when I moved to my current home. I'm glad to have this good an oven/range again.
