Leaking Blender
When using this Blender, the liquids ran out the back. Is it possible I am missing a Part? When I Purchased this Blender, it did not have a Brochure showing the Pieces it should have had. What is this indention for? I can't Rate this Blender because it hasn't worked correctly. I purchased this particular one because of the Glass Jar; & because it's BLACKER DECKER!

Leaks profusely from blade assembly
There are many things I like about this blender - specifically the heavy duty glass container and powerful motor. However, it leaks profusely from the blade assembly and has ever since I purchased it about 9 months ago. I kept thinking it was me not tightening or over tightening the base enough until I put just water in it and could see the rapid dripping coming from the blade assembly and not the seal. Any possibility of getting a replacement part? I really don't want to have to replace the whole unit.

Don't understand why this blender is on the market
First thing I saw was that the lid is so tight that I had to cut a "v" out of it so that I could put it on and take it off easier. (Of course, that blew my chance of returning it to the store where I bought it.) Second thing: IT LEAKS !!! Also, don't like how the liquids bounce up and down so much that it hits the lid. What happened to the whirlpool effect, like what I get with the 4-bladed blender I used to have? There's also a couple of times that there were chunks that stay unblended. I don't get that with my other 4-bladed blender with SHARP blades. Don't understand why this is made with dull blades. Not happy.
