Instructions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters (10 mL mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 mL mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

ACT Total Care - Icy Clean Mint review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked trying the ACT Total Care - Icy Clean Mint 18 oz mouthwash. I liked the mild minty taste. Keeping it in your mouth for 1 minute seemed like forever, but it kept my mouth feeling clean. The other thing that was hard to remember to do was not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after using it. But over all I think it is a great product.

Great way to start off your Day!

ACT is a hit at my house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this switch without letting the family know just to see how they liked it. Both kids came at different times and said they liked it. My son has an aversion to strong tastes so it's a struggle. He said it makes his mouth feel clean and doesn't burn or anything. So that makes it a yes, buy again for us.
