OVEN: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. GREASE pan(s). COMBINE eggs, water, oil and LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin in large bowl. MIX until well blended. ADD Bread Mix. Stir just until moistened. Optional: Stir in 1 cup sweetened cranberries, chopped nuts, finely chopped apple, or raisins with Bread Mix. POUR batter into prepared pan(s). BAKE as directed or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL in pan(s) on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. In a separate bowl, COMBINE icing packet and 2 tablespoons milk or water. STIR for 20-30 seconds, or until icing mix has dissolved. DRIZZLE icing over cooled bread(s). DRIZZLE icing over cooled bread(s).

Libby's Pumpkin Bread Kit = A
I've made a lot of pumpkin bread in the Fall the past few years and Libby's is the best boxed mix I've tried. This box makes 3 large loaves or bunches of mini-loaves so lots to share. I gave a lot away before Christmas and 3 different people said it was the best pumpkin bread they ever had. I have not even used the glaze because I wasn't sure how firm it would get and the loaves had to be packaged for gifting so I sprinkled some cinnamon sugar blend on top of each. Truly a delicious treat.
