this works great for diarrhea. it takes about 20 minutes to work and sometimes I take it with Pepto bismo,too. My Dr. said it's safe to use all the time. I don't have any bad side effects from it. Although, I notice I pee more. But, that's better than the other. I highly recommend this

I like this product, I had stomach cramps that went along with the diarrhea It took care of both and it started working in 20 minutes because I didn't trust it I didn't think it would work My stomach was really tore up, so I looked at the clock It took 20 minutes my cramps went away went to the bathroom one more time and I was good to go for the rest of the day although I will mention you will be constipated
