IMPOSSIBLE MEDICATION

I have tried everything to get my little dog to take this med.to no avail. I have rapped it in peanut butter and he gets the peanut butter off and spits the med. out. I have soaked it in bbq. sauce loves the sauce and spits out the med. I have tried shoving it down his throat and he still spits it out. it's the hardest med. I have ever dealt with and I am 77 years old and have had lots of practice giving dogs meds. never have I dealt with anything this hard
