I have been using BioSil liquid for many years. I have seen a difference in my joints and skin. It is so easy to use. A couple of drops twice a day and you're done. As you well know, the results won't happen overnight. But I guarantee they will come!! The liquid is so much easier than the capsules. The bottle is so small that you can care it in your pocket. I will admit that BioSil liquid is pricey but it works. I haven't heard or felt pops and then pain in my joints for a very long time. And again it's also great for your skin, inside out. I hope you try it and dedicate at least 3 months or sooner to see the results.
