Great breakfast protein my kids LOVE!
Do I like these? No. Do my kids LOVE these? YES! It's their favorite thing to have for breakfast! I put 3 mini chocolate chips on each one and microwave for less than a minute, and it's great protein they gobble up. These are a staple that are always in our freezer.

Been eating these every morning for breakfast for several months now. couldn't be happier with the texture and taste. I've tried a lot of higher protein and fiber carby options and these are by far the best, no weird taste or texture. Only difference from a standard microwave pancake is a slight vanilla taste which I actually love. I vary the flavor profile with different dipping options. Sugar free fruit syrups, nut butters, fruit etc.
