I had seen many bad ratings and reviews of this device or listing, but I took a risk and got one. It just arrived, and the device is excellent; it just didn't have a battery, so I'm charging it now. It said "fair condition," I guess because of the battery, because it only has a few scratches on the camera, but they are hard to see, as well as on the screen, but you can't even notice them. So I guess the battery will last a few hours, because I don't see any real bad thing. I really love this device! It looks amazing!
